North Wales Carers Trust Crossroads Care Services is the leading provider of emotional and practical support for unpaid carers and the people they care for across North Wales. We are a registered charity, and one of the Carers Trust network partners which is a national organization of local charities.

We have over 35 years' experience of providing a range of services to carers in Anglesey, Ceredigion, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd and Wrexham. Our aim is to improve the lives of carers by giving them a break from caring, allowing them time for themselves knowing that the person they care for is in safe hands.

Therefore, our support can be given to carers and people with care needs of all ages and health conditions. All service users will receive a unique bilingual service at home or in the community which varies from low level provision of companionship to high level personal care.
